Body Responds to Thoughts : Have we ever thought about a system where each part knows about other parts. We don't have to go searching in books or encyclopedia. This is our body, the Human body. Have ever given a thought our body (physical body) has direct connection with our thoughts? Our body reacts to each and every kind of thought we get.
Our body is nothing but a huge neural network which consists of billions of cells and each is connected to each other sending information every second. If you have a negative thought coming in you can immediately feel some other part of the body responding in pain or shaking etc. But if there is a positive thought coming in the body parts gets filled with excitement. We feel happiness. We must have felt shivering when someone talks about cold or we remember one of those winters when it was too cold. Whereas a thought about a hard work makes us feel sweat.
To keep ourself energetic we need to have positive thoughts flowing in our mind throughout the day. Negative thoughts bring with them a negative energy and this negative energy within ourself creates all kinds of problems for us.
